What's up?

When our company first started, we put out a regular newsletter. The fact was, we had nothing better to do because we didn't have very many clients. We had to fill the time!

Soon, the cobbler's kids had no shoes. Like everyone, we got busy running our business, and worried less about customer experience details. We've been lucky - we pretty much always had an excess of clients, so we didn't have to worry much about recruitment or retention.

Entermotion turned 10 years old this year, and we've been reflecting on all sorts of things. We've been trying, without any presumed ego or assumption that our luck will continue, to plan the next 10 years.

As a result, we're sending you the first newsletter we've sent in ages. You see, we want our next 10 years to be about refining the customer experience. While we always thought our work should be enough, we want to become proactive in our clients' work-lives.

We love that we're who you call when something is broken, or something needs to be better. What we hope to become is the company that helps you identify what can be better, and gives you a heads up before it breaks.

We want to thank you all for letting us keep doing the job we love. We'll try to make the next 10 years even better than the first.
